Delivery terms

At Neulora, we place great importance on delivering your health and care products reliably, safely and at fair prices directly to your home.  

Orders & Delivery

To ensure competitive prices and efficient processes, we work with carefully selected international logistics and fulfillment partners (3PLs) . These experienced service providers handle warehousing, shipping, and order processing, allowing us to save costs that we pass directly on to our customers.  

Shipping time

All orders are shipped with a reliable international shipping provider to ensure safe delivery.

 Estimated delivery time: 7–19 working days 📦 Shipment tracking: After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link that allows you to track the status of your delivery at any time.  
  

Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Free Shipping

Yes, you read that correctly — standard shipping is free . 

  • No minimum order value

  • No additional shipping costs for standard orders.

 Note: Free shipping does not apply to completely free products, such as promotional or giveaway items. 


Customs, duties & taxes (Switzerland)

Orders delivered to Switzerland may be subject to Swiss value added tax (VAT), customs duties and customs clearance fees , which are determined by the relevant Swiss authorities.  

These fees:

  • are not included in the product price or shipping costs 

  • are collected by the Swiss customs authorities  

  • are to be borne by the customer , where applicable. 

All orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) / Delivered At Place (DAP) basis . This means:  

  • Neulora does not act as an importer of record.  

  • We do not collect or pay Swiss VAT or customs duties in advance. 

  • Any import duties must be paid directly by the recipient upon delivery.

Neulora has no influence on the amount of these fees and cannot predict them, as customs and tax regulations can vary. For further information, we recommend contacting the Federal Customs Administration (FCO) or the relevant customs office directly.
